Minimum Qualification Requirement: 

  • CA/ACCA/CFA or Bachelors Degree in Management or Economics from a recognized University with minimum first division or CGPA 3 out of 4. 
  • At least 3 years work experience in relevant field. Candidates having experience in investment banking activities such as portfolio management services, capital market research, equity/debt valuation, Option valuation, merger-acquisition, mutual funds, corporate advisory and private equity shall be preferred.    
  • Age not exceeding 40 years as of March 4, 2016

Job Summary:

  • The ideal candidate requires leadership qualities of heading unit or teams & understanding of Nepalese capital market and its regulations, securities trading process, banking procedures and financial statement analysis. The candidate should be able to gather capital market related information, monitor economic and industry trends & explore new opportunities of business under Corporate Advisory services including Business Valuation, Loan Syndication and Private Equity etc.

Candidates should have:

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Nepali
  • Sound skills in MS applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary and Benefits: As per Company’s rule.
