Job Description

  • Collaborate with clients to define role requirements.
  • Execute recruiting emails and follow up with candidates.
  • Source talent from resume databases and portfolio sites.
  • Extend job offers to potential candidates.
  • Manage candidate databases and profiles.
  • Negotiate hire terms with candidates.
  • Present shortlisted candidates with detailed summaries.
  • Guide and facilitate the negotiation process.
  • Follow up with clients and support candidate transition.
  • Assist in the onboarding process.
  • Conduct exams for banks and other logistics.
  • Verify applicant documents.
  • Post vacancies and questions for various organizations.
  • Prepare approvals and reports.
  • Schedule interviews and exams.
  • Perform any other task assigned by the concerned authority.

Job Specifications 

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree. 
  • Atleast 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment field. 
  • Must have good communication skills. 
  • Must have experience in Excel sheets.
