Job Description

  • Collect question papers at least one month in advance from all the faculty members of all the respective semesters (Unit tests, Pre- boards and board exams), moderate, check and keep safely for printing the sets in one week advance of the start of exams.
  • Ensure that the set of questions should be well printed with visible fonts and excellent print quality. This is a high priority of the school.
  • Appoint one Superintendent for the final University exams in coordination with Head of School and make a team of invigilators under his control
  • Make sure that the exam center (If the exams to be conducted externally in other centers) should be finalized at least one month in advance
  • Ensure to have all the exams Scheduled before the start of the academic session. Please coordinate with the Program coordinator at the time of building academic calendar
  • All exams should be conducted with high standards using all the tools, techniques, forms, formats and procedures.
  • Plan for the externals for all the practical exams as per schedule
  • Plan a day for IN-HOUSE COPY CHECKING  within two weeks of the finishing of the exams (Theory and Practical)
  • Make sure that the exams team is paid within a week time of finishing the exams. Need coordination with accounts section before two weeks.
  • 10.   Make sure that the result is published within one month of the final exams in a prescribed format
  • Make sure to have the final transcripts to be dispatched to all the students within 45 days of the finishing of the exams.
  • Coordinate with the registrar of the University for the Final Transcripts of the pass out students to be duly signed by dean and to be received within 45 days of the finishing of the final semester
  • Coordinate for the Graduation Ceremony in coordination with Head of School and the Academic coordinator. 
  • Take charge of  the extracurricular activities of the school as and when required
  • Counsel, follow up and take interview of new prospective students and help administration to achieve the par level of students’ number
