Living with ICT, Nepal’s leading tech ecosystem enabler, is seeking a dynamic Event Manager. This role involves planning, organizing, and executing tech events, managing communications, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will drive impactful events and ensure seamless, strategic communication across all platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage tech events, workshops, and conferences from concept to execution.
• Develop event strategies, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and media partners.
• Craft and oversee compelling event-related content (press releases, social media, newsletters).
• Manage public relations, internal communications, and audience engagement.
• Track event performance and communication metrics to inform future improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in event management and communications (preferably in the communication adn event sector).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Nepali.
• Proficiency in digital tools (social media, email marketing, and design platforms).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Passion for technology and the evolving digital landscape.
