  • Bidders shall submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMO's e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, the bidders may prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the instructions to the bidders
  • The bidder shall deposit the non-refundable fee on Current Account Number 169000001106 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Airport Branch, TIA and take Tax invoice receipt from revenue section of the TIACAO. Bid Security amount stated above can also be submitted on Account Number 1690000001006 of Rastriya Banijya Bank, Airport Branch, TIA and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid
  • If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day, In such case. the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission
  • Any amendment in this bid notice shall be posted on the notice board of the client's office and PPMO's e- procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
  • Eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of the Chief CED, TIACAO, Gauchar, Kathmandu, Phone 01-4490699, 01-4113033 (2534). Bidders are advised to visit site and assess the actual site conditions before submitting their Bids
  • TIACAO reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the Bids without assigning any reasons, whatsoever
  • Matters not covered in this bid notice shall be in accordance with prevailing public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations of Nepal
