EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited (SCBNL) is seeking to empanel vendors for supply of Pantry items and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of electrical equipment at its Branches, offices & counters as mentioned below in services section.
A. Services:
Pantry items includes flavoured tea bags, milk tea, coffee, sugar etc inside Kathmandu Valley.
AMC for electrical equipment includes preventive and reactive maintenance of the same.
Interested parties willing to submit their proposal may collect & submit prescribed EOI form from the Property Department located at the Bank's Head Office, Naya Baneshwor Kathmandu, Nepal by submitting a non-refundable deposit amount of NPR 5000/- in the form of Good for Payment cheque during the Bank's office hours latest by Friday, 20th May 2022. The completed EOI forms & documents should be submitted to the attention of the Bank's Property Department located at the Head Office, Naya Baneshwor from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm of Friday, 27th May 2022.
Eligibility Criteria:
a) Only entities registered in Nepal with minimum 3 years of experience in the respective area can submit EOI.
b) Other documents required: Company/Firm Registration Certificate, Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, PAN/VAT certificates, Tax clearance certificate of FY 2076/2077.
c) Further queries if any will be clarified while collecting EOI form.
Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Limited reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOls with or without assigning any reason/s whatsoever. Kindly note that the Bank shall only contact shortlisted companies/firms meeting the internal evaluation criteria set by the Bank.
