INVITATION FOR SEALED BID
NIC ASIA Bank Retirement Fund solicits sealed bid from the interested bidders for Supply and delivery of following item:
1. Software for maintenance of Retirement Fund data.
Interested parties can obtain Bid document from NIC Asia Bank's General Administration and Project Department at Registered Office, Thapathali upon payment of non-refundable document fee for NPR. 5,000 each.
Minimum Eligibility Criteria:
- The Applicant should have at least 3 years old company registration.
- The Applicant should have work experience with at least in 3 organizations.
- The Applicant should have annual turnover at least of NPR 5 Million in the fiscal year 2077/78 or latest.
Documentation Requirement:
- Company/Firm Registration Certificate - Duly Notarized
- Valid copy of PAN/VAT certificate - Duly Notarized.
- Valid copies of Tax clearance of fiscal year FY 2077/2078 or Latest -Duly Notarized.
- MOA and AOA-Duly Notarized.
- Latest Share Register (Share Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Director Register (Sanchalak Lagat) - Duly Notarized.
- Latest Company Update (Company Adhyawodhik) in case of firms Renewal from - Duly Notarized (Department of Commerce/Industry)
- Appreciation letter/ Reference letter issued by Commercial Bank(s)/ renowned corporate houses to back the claim of experience.
- Authorization certificate for distributorship/dealership for the proposed brand.
Sealed quotations are to be submitted within close of business on 2nd June, 2022 in the format prescribed in Bid documents.
Sealed quotation are to be addressed to General Administration and Project Department and must be submitted in person. Sealed quotation received after the deadline will not be accepted.
Opening date of Bid will be notified to applicant.
Bid document sent through Mail/Courier will neither be accepted for any consideration nor will they be returned to the sender.
