Invitation for Electronic Bids Procurement of supply and Delivery of Branded Desktop, Branded Laptop and Branded Printer

1. The Sundarharaincha Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Biratchowk, Morang, invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Supply and Delivery of Branded Desktop, Branded Laptop and Printer under Sealed Quotation bidding procedures as per Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of Sundarharaincha Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Biratchowk, Morang, Province No. 1, Nepal, Telephone No.: 021-545050, Email: [email protected] or may visit e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp
3. Bidding documents is available online and can be downloaded from e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document NRS. 1000/- in the following bank.

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp to the office of Sundarharaincha Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Biratchowk, Morang, Province No. 1, Nepal on or before 16th day, 12:00 PM.
5. Bids shall be opened on 16th day at 1:00 PM in case of Sealed Quotation in presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the office of Sundarharaincha Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Biratchowk, Morang, Province No. 1, Nepal. There won't be any disturbance to open if Bidders' representatives are not present on opening time.
6. Bids security must be valid for a period of 75 days for Sealed Quotation and must be accompanied by bid security of NRS. 52,500. 7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid validity and bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.
8. The items should be as per specification provided in bidding document. Bidders should submit Manufacturer's authorization letter or authorized dealership letter of specific brand which they will supply for Desktop, Laptop and Printer
9. Bids will be evaluated according terms of Notice, Bid documents, Specifications and other prevailing laws of GON.
10. The Sundarharaincha Municipality, Office of the Municipal Executive, Biratchowk, Morang reserves the right to accept or reject bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
11. Other terms and conditions will be in accordance with the Procurement Act 2063 and Procurement Regulation, 2064 and other prevailing laws of Government of Nepal.
12. Any change or amend in notice or bid document will be published on Office website, EGP website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only.
