1. Office of the Mahalaxmi Municipality invites only online bids under E-Procurement system form eligible bidders of the procurement of following works.
Description:
- Mahalaxmi Nagarpalika ko Halede Baikunthe Gramin Sadak Stharunnati Aayojana
- Kewa Dadagaon-Leguwa Khola-Mulkharka Sadak Yojana Jitpur-laharebar-mahamaya khola-pakhribas nagarpalika-chattar jorpati jodne sadak Yojana
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the office of Mahalaxmi Municipality, Jitpur, Dhankuta, Nepal or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
3. Pre bid meeting shall not be held.
4. Bidding document is available online and can be download from e-GP system http://www.bolptra.gov.np/egp.
Interested bidders should register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document 3000.00 NRs. in the following specified bank.

5. Interested bidders should submit online bids through e-procurement portal http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp only on or before 23rd, January, 2021 at 12:00 PM. Bidders are required to follow the electronic bid submission procedure as specified in e-GP system operating guideline 2073 and User manuals issued by PPMO which are available on e-GP system.
6. Online bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders representatives who choose to attend on 23, January, 2020 14:00 hours at the office of the Mahalaxmi Municipality, Jitpur, Dhankuta, Province No.01. Online bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security, as mentioned above respectively for particular projects which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period. The scanned copy of bid security should be uploaded in the e-GP system during bid submission.

7. If the office happens to be closed in the date of opening of the bids as specified, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
8. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
