Notice for invitation of Sealed Bid
Civil Bank Limited invites sealed-bid from interested firms/companies for refurbishment work (Civil, Electrical, Networking, Furniture, and Allied work) for its existing branch at Anamnagar, Kathmandu. Eligible vendors /contractors hereby requested to submit their Sealed Bid as per the below-mentioned terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions:
• The applicant has to deposit a non-refundable amount of NPR. 1,500.00 for the Job to obtain the Bid document from Bank.
• If the applicant is proprietorship firm-application will have to be duly signed by its proprietor. If it is a private limited company - the application form will have to be duly signed by the authorized person supported by its Board Resolution.
• A copy of VAT, PAN, proprietorship firm, and company registration certificates, company profile, latest Tax clearance certificate or tax submission detail of last fiscal year, and relevant experiences will have to be enclosed along with the application to be submitted.
• Experience letter of construction work carried out in at least one branch of "A" class Commercial Bank.
• Bid documents should be submitted in a sealed envelope addressing New Projects Department, Civil Bank Limited, Corporate Office, Civil Trade Center, Sundhara latest by 5th Jestha, 2078 before 5:00 P.M. In case the last date of submission is declared a public holiday, the sealed-bid can be submitted on the next working day.
• The bank reserves the right to accept or reject in part or whole, any sealed bid without assigning any reason whatsoever and will not be obliged to accept the lower offer.
