Re-Invitation for Bids for the Oxygen Plant

1. Province Hospital, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Nepal has received a grant from Social Development Ministry Pradesh Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Nepal towards the cost of Procurement of Oxygen Plant and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the Contract for Procurement of Oxygen Plant. Bidding is open to all eligible Bidders from all of Nepal.
2. The Province Hospital invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of Oxygen Plant under National competitive bidding procedures specified in the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
3. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Province Hospital, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Nepal or may visit the PPMO esp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
4. A complete set of bidding documents is available online and may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's c-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost NRs 5000.00 of bidding document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below:

5. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system on or before 12.00 pm on 14 May 2021. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Province Hospital, Janakpurdham, Nepal on 7th May 2021
7. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 14.00 Hrs Nepal times on 14 May 2021 at the office of Province Hospital, Janakpurdham, Dhanusha, Nepal. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs 6,25,000.00 which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e.120 Days)
8. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such a case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
