Invitation for e-Bids for the procurement of office IT Equipment (Supply, delivery and installation of laptop, desktop computer, printer, scanner, projector and equipment of Conference systems)

1. The Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Security (MOLESS) invites electronic bids from eligible Nepalese bidders for the procurement of following items under National Competitive bidding (NCB) procedures specified In Public Procurement Act and Regulation.

Description: The procurement of office IT Equipment (Supply, delivery and installation of laptop, desktop computer, printer, scanner, projector and equipment of Video Conference systems)

2. Interested eligible bidder may obtain further information from PPMO's website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, or the address: Website: www.moless.gov.np, E-mail: [email protected], Phone No. 01-4211678. 

3. Bidding document is available online and can be downloaded form e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
Interested bidders shall register in the e-GP system and deposit the cost of bidding document in the following Bank.

4. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bid through e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, to the above office of MOLESS on or before 12:00 Noon, on 2078/02/13 (31th day from the date of notice publication) 

5. The bids shall be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours of 2078/02/13 at the office of MOLESS.
