1. The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of 4WD Vehicle and Motorcycle in CIAA under National competitive bidding procedures specified in Public Procurement Act and Regulations .
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of:

3. Eligible bidders should deposit the cost of bidding document of a non-refundable fee as stated in the table below in Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and upload the scanned copy of deposit slip along with the document. Information to deposit the cost of bidding document in Bank:

4. Pre- bid meeting shall be held at CIAA, Tangal, Kathmandu on date 13th Baishakh, 2078 (26th April 2021) at 13:00 hrs.
5. Bidder must submit their bid electronically through egp II system of ppmo: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 2078/01/26 (9 May, 2021) at 12:00 hrs: may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's e-GP system (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp). Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.
6.The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2078/01/26 (9th May, 2021) at 13:00 hrs at CIAA, Tangal, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 Days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, amounting to as mentioned in the table below which shall be valid minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period [i.e 22th Bhadra, 2078 (7th September, 2021)]
7. If the last date of submission and opening falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
