Call for Expression Of Interest (EOI)

Caritas Nepal is the social development arm of the Catholic Church in Nepal. It is a  non-political and non-profit making NGO registered in Lalitpur, Nepal.  Caritas Nepal is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible suppliers /  Vendors or Service providers to be considered for providing various office  materials and services (as listed below) to support its regular development and  office activities for fiscal year 2022/23( 2079/80). 

Required Materials / Services: 

1. Travel agencies for International & Domestic ticketing Services. 
2. Hotel or Venue for Residential Training / Workshop & Seminar programs. 3. Vehicle rental services  
3. Motorbikes, Vehicles Parts and Repair & Maintenance services. 
4. Office Stationary and Office supplies (ie. Tea, Coffee, sugar, tissue paper etc) 
5. Printing & Designing (Offset Press, Flex print, PVC print etc.) 
6. Printing of Visual items such as Cap, T-shirt, Jackets, Bags etc. 
7. IT and Electronics equipment suppliers (Computer, Printer, Photocopier, Projector, Camera, Mobile, Hard Drive) 9. IT equipment repair and maintenance services. 
8. Electrical & Electronical suppliers. Office plumbing services. 
9. Internet services 
10. Medical Equipment, First Aid kit, surgical items, Medicines etc. 
11. Agricultural equipment / Seeds, compost and chemicals, plastics for tunnel etc. 
12. Advertising Agencies 
13. Domestic & International Courier Service 
14. Road Transport / carrier 
15. Home Appliances / Office Furniture and furnishing 
16. Grail and Metal Work 
17. Emergency and Relief Support:
         Health and Hygiene promotion kits, Plastic materials e.g. bucket, jug, Utensils
         Education materials, Tent and Tarpaulin Suppliers.
         Medicated Net and Blanket suppliers, Safety and Security equipment.
         Food Items such as Rice, lentil, oil etc. 

Terms and Condition: 

1. Company Profile with valid company registration certificate  
2. VAT registered certificate 
3. Tax clearance certificate 
4. Experience in the relevant business at least 2 years
