WaterAid is an international not-for-profit organization, established in 1981, determined to make clean water, decent toilets and good hygiene normal for everyone, everywhere within a generation. WaterAid has been working in Nepal since 1987. Our work in Nepal spans across 9 districts. We team up with local partners, technical experts, governments and communities to support the delivery of integrated WASH services in hard to reach communities, helping to transform lives. 

WaterAid Nepal is implementing the project “Beacon municipality- wide equitable water sanitation and hygiene services in Lahan” for 3-5 years. This project is the joint initiative of Anglian Water and their alliance partners, Nepal Water Supply Corporation (NWSC) and Lahan Municipality. 

WaterAid Nepal hereby publishing an re-advertisement to invite proposal from interested and registered consulting firms (Creative Team) regarding the preparation of hygiene behavior change package for schools and communities.

Objective

The objective of the creative team is to produce an innovative hygiene behaviour change packages for communities and schools (and the associated materials) that will motivate targeted communities and students to practice specific hygiene behaviours. 

Specific objectives:

• Facilitate the creative process, with participation of key stakeholders, to identify the specific behaviours to be addressed and conceptualise the behaviour change campaign
• Develop the creative campaign components and content for communities and schools applying evidence from formative research and other relevant analysis
• Pre-test campaign components using behaviour trials
• Produce a hygiene behaviour change complete pakages

Qualified consultant/organization are requested to submit electronic scanned copy of the requisite documents enclosed with the Technical Proposal and the financial proposal and organization related documents as mentioned in the TOR.
