Rural Enterprises and Remittance Project (RERP-SAMRIDDHI) is a joint initiative of the Government of Nepal (GON) and International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD). Its strategic goal is "Reducing poverty and achieving sustainable development through employment-focused equitable and inclusive economic development." SAMRIDDHI project is implemented by Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies and funded by International Fund for Agriculture Development (IFAD). The Project's Development Objective is viable rural micro/cottage and small enterprises (RMSEs), both in farming (supply chain) and off-farming sectors, provide sustainable source of income to rural poor households, migrants families and returnees. The project will mainly work with migrant's family, so the migrant sees the opportunity in home too and does not remain trapped in migration circle. Later on, to change the mind set of youth as migration is a choice not the necessity so as to make the migration as temporary arrangement in search of better income opportunity to improve the livelihood. The project is being operated in 16 districts namely: Bhojpur, Terhathum, Dhankuta, Okhaldhunga, Khotang, Sunsari, Morang, Udayapur, Saptari, Siraha, Dhanusha, Mahottari, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara and Sindhuli of Province 1, Province 2 and Bagmati Province.
RERP invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the registered company/organization or consulting firm for following consulting services.
1. Consulting Service for Design, Development and Implementation of MIS System Development and Data Integration for Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Supplies.
The Terms of References (TOR) for contracts can be obtained from the www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Expression of Interest shall be submitted on or before 8th February 2022, 14:00 through www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp electronically only. If the last day happens to be a public holiday the next day will be considered as the last day.
