- Bhimphedi Rural Municipality has Allocated funds towards the cost of following projects and intends to apply part of the funds eligible payments under the contract. Bidding is open is open to all eligible Bidders.
- Bhimphedi Rural Municipality invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the following projects under National Competitive Bidding Procedures. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, www.bhimphedimun.gov.np or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np.
- Bidders may download the bidding documents for e-submission from PPMO's Website www.bolpatra.gov.nplegp. Bidders shall deposit NRs. 3000.00 as the cost of bidding document in the following bank.

Security Deposit (Dharauti) Account Number: G7-CA-5030-72524001 (For Bid Security Only) - Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bhimphedi Rural Municipality Office at 14:00 hours on 20/06/2077. Interested Bidders shall submit the electronic Bids through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. To office of Bhimphedi rural Municipality or before 12:00 hours on 05/07/2077.
- Bids received after this deadline will be rejected. The bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representative who choose to attain at 14:00, 5th Kartik 2077 at the office of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, Bhimphedi, Makawanpur.
- Bids must be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format on case if e-bid, amounting to a minimum of mentioned amount for each project, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid (i.e. 150 days)
- If the last date of Purchasing or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
