1. Purchaudi Municipality invites electronic or e-bids from eligible bidders for the construction of the following Works under National Competitive Bidding Procedures.
2. Only Electronics bidding through PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp, is permitted and the bid Shall be Submitted on or before 12:00 pm on 2079/08/15 (01 Dec 2022) and the bid Shall be opened on the same date at 2:00 pm. Eligible Bidder may Obtain further information from www.Purchaudimun.gov.np or may Visit the PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp. The bidder should deposit the cost of the bidding document in the project account as specified below.
3. Bid security shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.
4. Information to deposit the cost of the bidding document in the Bank:

5. In the case of discrepancies or errors in bid documents, bid notices, or any other documents, Purchaudi Municipality, Hat, Baitadi reserves the right to amend and correct at any time.
6. The purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
7. In other things not mentioned in this notice, Public Procurement Act 2063 and Public Procurement Regulation 2064 or current government laws will be applicable.
