Invitation for Bids

1. The Marsyangdi Rural Municipality has allocated fund toward construction of roads and intended to apply the funds for construction of road. Bid is open to all eligible Bidders.
2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the office of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Bhulbhule, Lamjung, Telephone : 066-620023 or may visit https://marsyangdimun.gov.np/ for further details.
3. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by the interested bidders upon the submission of a formal written application to the office of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Bhulbhule.
4. Bidder shall be required to deposit the cost of bidding document (as specified in the table below) in the Employer's revenue account and scanned copy (PDF format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall also be submitted along with the sealed bid files. 5. Sealed Bids must be submitted to the office of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Lamjung on or before 12:00 noon on 28th January 2021 (2077/10/15). Documents received after this deadline shall be rejected.
6. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security for the amount as specified in the table. Bidders are required to submit a separate bid security for which they submit their bids. The bid security guarantee issued only by the bank stated in Public Procurement Act and its Regulation with latest amendment shall be accepted by the Employer. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. 7. Sealed Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 1:00 PM on 28th January 2021 (2077/10/15) at the office of Marsyangdi Rural Municipality, Bhulbhule, Lamjung.
8. If the last date of opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered as the last day.

10. If any disputes arises the Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
11. Matters not covered above shall be as per the latest amendment of Public Procurement Act and its Regulation.
