CALL FOR PROPOSAL TO CONDUCT EVALUATION OF UMN’S ‘DREAM’ PROJECT

United Mission to Nepal (UMN) has been serving the people of Nepal since 1954. UMN, with funding support from Tearfund Australia/ Australian Aid and Gossner Mission, has been implementing ‘Disability Rights and Education Advancement in Mugu (DREAM)’ project in Soru Rural Municipality, Mugu in partnership with a local partner, Gramin Samudayik Sanstha (GSS). This is an end-term evaluation covering a period of 36 months from 7/07/2020 till 16/07/2023.

The project has been designed to address the issues of education, disability and crisis by increasing access to quality education, including education in emergencies, and addressing the exclusion and social discrimination faced by Children/People with Disability.

This advertisement has been published to invite applications from registered consulting firms to conduct this evaluation. Details of the evaluation scope, objectives, timeline, methodologies and qualifications for the consultants have been provided in the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be accessed at www.umn.org.np/tor-dream

All interested and experienced consulting firms who meet the requirements and qualifications are encouraged to apply. Application should include a letter of interest, technical proposal and financial proposal. Application must be submitted to UMN latest by 1 December 2022.

Short-listed candidates will be invited to an assessment process. We especially encourage applications from women and marginalised groups.
