Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities:

ERPNext Implementation: Lead the migration of our existing backend system to ERPNext, ensuring a seamless transition.
Customization and Development: Customize ERPNext modules to meet specific business requirements. Develop new modules and features as needed.
Integration: Integrate ERPNext with other systems and third-party applications used by the company.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ERPNext system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Data Migration: Oversee data migration from legacy systems to ERPNext, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are proficient in using ERPNext.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, integrations, and other development activities.
Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance of the ERPNext system to ensure it meets the company's operational needs.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience working with ERPNext, including implementation, customization, and support.
