We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ERP Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, gathering requirements, and implementing ERP solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and end-users, ensuring a seamless integration of ERP systems with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and objectives.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of existing systems and identify areas for improvement.
  • Document business requirements and map them to ERP functionalities.

ERP Implementation:

  • Configure and customize ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP etc.) to meet business needs.
  • Participate in system design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while adhering to budget constraints.

Training & Support:

  • Provide training sessions and create user documentation to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into system configurations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system integration.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on ERP trends, new features, and best practices.
  • Propose enhancements to improve system performance and user experience.
