Job Description

Under the overall guidance of the IT Officer and under the direct supervision of the ERP Coordinator, the ERP Associate will be engaged in developing and coding applications and other similar information system products as per the need of the organization. ICIMOD works with systems including MS Dynamics NAV, SQL Server/MySQL database, Jet reports and .NET framework. The ERP Associate will be expected to have or develop expertise in many of these systems. The specific tasks and duties include:

Customise and develop applications in Microsoft Dynamics NAV for use by ICIMOD
Customise current MS Dynamics NAV system to help capture data and create customised reports
Create reports in Jet Reports for capturing data from MS Dynamics NAV system
Assist the ERP Coordinator in providing end user support to ICIMOD staff in using Navision ERP system
Perform all other tasks delegated by the ERP Coordinator
Work as a team player in the organization to support other activities and promote institutional goals
