Supervise and manage the project equipment and leased equipment, coordinate and complete the transfer of project-owned equipment and leased equipment, lease negotiation, inquiry, insurance and other related matters
Have a strong sense of cost control and negotiation, in addition to to completing equipment management, also argue with the lessor for on our company stance
Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, and that all safety protocols are followed
Track and monitor the maintenance and repair of all equipment
Maintain accurate records of all equipment and its use
Supervise and train maintenance staff
Perform regular inspections of equipment
Make recommendations for the purchase of new equipment
Ensure that all equipment is stored safely
Ensure that all equipment is used in a safe and efficient manner
