• Takes the lead in constructing and maintaining HS&W systems and organizing HS&W activities of the region
• Organizes publicity and implementation of procedure documents/requirements related to HS&W
• Coordinates resources and organizes regional HS&W inspection, statistics, and reporting
• Handles regional HS&W incidents (including work suspension, improvement, penalty and cancellation of PO, etc.)
• Takes the lead in constructing and maintaining HS&W systems and organizing HS&W activities of the region

• Deliver the project on good quality, time limited and cost efficiency to meet the customer satisfaction and company benefits 
• Responsible for end-to-end supervision of TK/TI sites and need to submit report as per requirement 
• Organize demonstration site implementation and complete project quality standards
• Organize engineering quality checking and process auditing, focus on monitoring project implementation of requirements of quality assurance points, push subcontractor to do 100% self-check, and track and supervise the implementation of conditions of every quality target, with early warning in time 
• Instruct and supervise the construction and operation of related engineering quality works by the engineering quality management system 
• Take the lead to implement project safety standards and regulations 
• Implementation for all Quality Aspects according to customer Requirements
• Managing spot Check of sites to assure the site installation quality 
• Collection, Monitoring, Analysis & reporting of Quality indicators 
• Site Installation audits to ensure conformance to the quality & workmanship standards
• Weekly meetings with Subcontractors and Customer

Base Location:

The preferred base location will be in ZTE Central office, but will be required to do frequent regional visits as per project requirement .
