• Minimum 10 years experience in which 7 years as Environmental Specialist in major infrastructure development works
  
• Should have specific work experience as Environmental Specialist in 3 major road projects funded multilateral banks or donors
• Graduate in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred Master’s degree in Environmental / Environmental Science
