Installation, Configuration & Troubleshoot of Network devices: Switches, Router, Access Points, etc.
Troubleshooting Network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment.
Conduct follow-ups with clients through calls and visits to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
Respond promptly to network alerts, outages, and performance issues as part of a shift-based 24x7.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions to client.
Perform other relevant works assigned by Supervisors.
