Department: Technology/Network – Enterprise Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via multiple channels and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Create, manage, and track support tickets accurately.
  • Ensure safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
  • Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to relevant departments when required.
  • Document and report client issues; handle escalated concerns in a timely manner.
