Roles and responsibilities of this job

Department: Technology/Network – Enterprise Support

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers via multiple channels and resolve issues efficiently.
Create, manage, and track support tickets accurately.
Ensure safe installation of hardware and cabling systems.
Troubleshoot client issues and escalate to relevant departments when required.
Document and report client issues; handle escalated concerns in a timely manner.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or awaiting results.

Experience:

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in the ISP sector.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

Basic knowledge of hardware and networking, including OLTs, routers, and switches.
CCNA certification is an advantage.
Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driver’s license.
Willingness to work in all shifts and under pressure.
