Job Description

  • Responsible to actively evaluate the enterprise customer monitoring portal and at accordingly for alerts
  • Effectively handle customer support calls, emails and messaging apps
  • Ensure customer support tickets are logged properly
  • Should be able to solve customer issues remotely or via field visit if required
  • Escalate and follow up the issue to respective team and department
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple customer issue at a same time
  • Maintaining good customer relationship with handling support tickets with professionalism
  • Work efficiently to maintain customer SLA
  • Report overall performance to Supervisor
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor

Note: Holding driving license (two wheelers) with own vehicle
