Job Description

Test and verify software features to implement them
Implement software according to client's policies
End user trainings and guidance
Handle software-related requests for assistance
Troubleshoot software and identify root causes of software
Analyze software related issues and propose solutions
Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately, and in a timely manner
Review work log, customer feedback periodically to identify and act on opportunities for improvement

Note: Candidates having interest on enterprise financial application will be preferable.
