Finn Church Aid (FCA)
Finn Church Aid (FCA) is the largest Finnish organization for development cooperation and for humanitarian assistance.
FCA specializes in three thematic priority areas: Right to Peace, Right to Livelihood, and Right to Quality Education.
Position: Enterprise Development Advisor
Position Term: Fixed term till 31 December 2025 with the possibility of extension.
Place of Assignment: Kathmandu, FCA Nepal Country Office, with frequent travels to field locations in Nepal.
The primary purpose of this position is to provide technical and advisory support in all aspects related to enterprise development in FCA's Nepal Country Programme including but not limited to:
(a) Developing guidelines and pathways for successful enterprise development for marginalized women
in Madesh and Sudurpaschim provinces.
(b) analyze existing projects of FCA Nepal and provide input for strategic improvement.
(c) provide technical input to concepts and proposals in FCA's business development.
(d) capacity development of FCA staff and its partners staff.
(e) visit project sites and provide on-site support .
(f) document successful cases under FCA livelihood projects and private sector engagement.
The EDA will act as the focal person from FCA side for a study on nontraditional and digital livelihoods.
