Position Overview:

At "English Hub," we are seeking to welcome a passionate and dedicated English Teaching Tutor focusing on verbal practice to our team. As an English teacher, you will hold a crucial role in guiding our students along their journey to enhance their English language proficiency. From building a strong foundation to reaching advanced levels, your passion and expertise will help create a supportive and engaging learning atmosphere that will empower students to attain fluency in reading, writing, and conversing in English with real life examples and scenarios.

Job description 

• Design and deliver tailored English language lessons with the provided resources catering to individual student needs.
• Conduct interactive tutoring sessions covering grammar, vocabulary, listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Utilize diverse teaching materials and technology to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide constructive feedback on student progress and assignments.
• Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation.
• Monitor and adjust teaching methods to optimize learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share teaching strategies and resources.
• Stay updated with language education trends and incorporate innovative approaches.

Requirement 

• Exceptional command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds and age groups.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others learn and succeed.
• Familiarity with various teaching methods and techniques for language acquisition.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual learning styles and needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to create structured lesson plans.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Pleasing personality with ability to work in the office setting collaboratively.
