• Plan and use different styles of teaching depending on the content and tailored on the kind of class/students.
• Use innovative pedagogies while demonstrating an understanding of current ELT Practices.
• Identify students with special requirements and create tailored plans to meet the students’ needs. 
• Guide students by assessing the special educational requirements by offering the best possible learning opportunities
• Engage students to ensure a lively, warm and friendly environment.
• Work for the independence and empowerment of students and parents. 

Responsibilities

• Deliver English classes according the schedule and plans. 
• Ensure smooth implementation of the teaching curriculum and involvement of all students. 
• Provide students with the structure and content of the written and spoken English language.
• Prepare classroom and coursework materials, homework assignments, and handouts. 
• Determine and evaluate the students’ class work, assignment and exam marks.
• Record and keep student attendance records and marks accurately at all times.
• Manage classroom crises and resolve possible conflicts. 
• Support in the social, emotional and intellectual development of people belonging to all age groups.
