Job Description

Collect and study the bidding-related documents (PPA, PPR, SBD, etc.).
Prepare necessary documents (like JV documents, letters, guarantees, insurance, etc.) required for the bidding
Prepare the quantity estimate and perform the rate analysis for each item of the BoQ
Perform market research to identify the market rate of materials when required
Attend the pre-bid meeting, and coordinate with the client when required
Follow up, collect, and compile the daily work activities of all the running projects
Track the deadlines of bank guarantees, insurances, and project periods, and notify the line manager
Collect and compile bills (Excel format and Signed Copy) of all the running projects (including the projects under subcontracting)
Maintained a proper filing system for all the day-to-day correspondence of the projects
Prepare material and equipment plans for the projects
Perform the task assigned by the line manager
