Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, along with expertise in AutoCAD, estimation, DPR preparation, and coordination with consultants and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design, planning, and execution of hydropower projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure the smooth flow of work and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, supervise construction activities, and manage resources efficiently.
• Prepare detailed project reports (DPRs) and estimates, keeping track of expenses and timelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant tools to create accurate and comprehensive project designs.
• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve technical issues, and make necessary changes to plans as needed.
• Conduct material and equipment inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
