About Us
Get Desk operates as Digital Business Communication Solution provider. We design communication centers upon an Asterisk (Open source / widely used OS for VoIP) and other different software. We currently focus on restructuring of Call center of companies in Nepal.
Till date in Nepal due to various limitation businesses were operating in analog system. Beside building customized solution, Get Desk provides annual support, hardware, integration with various software.
It all started when companies & organizations in Nepal felt the need of Customer Service & Support centers to facilitate their customers from General Inquiry to After Sales Support for those who targets to sell their products by social media marketing, door-to-door, television & newspaper ads etc. and support by making inbound & outbound calls.

Based on the customers requirement Get Desk design In-house (On premises) Call center for Businesses on Linux Based Open source platform. The entire setup & design is based on requirements, such as number of daily calls, peak hour, inbound & outbound ratio, soft calling system (receiving call in your PC) or IP Phone, CRM and it’s integration.
Where, server (as in picture below) will be capable of unifying all communication (Landline, GSM, E1/PRI) and allow any extension user (as per pictures: softphone, IP Phone, Agents or Branches) to make calls through any desired routes or by Limiting any Extension (Agents) to call through any specific routes only.
