Based on the customers requirement Get Desk design In-house (On premises) Call center for Businesses on Linux Based Open source platform. The entire setup & design is based on requirements, such as number of daily calls, peak hour, inbound & outbound ratio, soft calling system (receiving call in your PC) or IP Phone, CRM and it’s integration.
Where, server (as in picture below) will be capable of unifying all communication (Landline, GSM, E1/PRI) and allow any extension user (as per pictures: softphone, IP Phone, Agents or Branches) to make calls through any desired routes or by Limiting any Extension (Agents) to call through any specific routes only.
