(RHGCL), is a Public Company incorporated on Kartik 5, 2065 (October 21, 2008) as per Company Act 2063, Nepal with the Objective to develop and invest in hydropower projects. It is currently developing 5 MW Rukum Gad Hydropower Project in Rukum District and owns its generation license. CEDB Hydro Fund Ltd (CHF) holds 95% ownership in the company. The Project is located in Bhume and Sisne Gaupalika of Rukum District. Project site is Accessible by Madhya Pahadi Lake Marg. The Present status of the Project is: Camp House of Project ready with all amenities Awarding of Contract for Project Construction is in the process
