Nepal Lube Oil was established in 1984 as a Lube Blending Plant with a trademark agreement with Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd. as a government owned company under the Nepal Company Act 2021. After 10 years in operation under the government’s privatization policy, CG Holdings took over the management of Nepal Lube Oil Ltd in 1994.

Nepal Lube Oil is a licensee of Gulf Oil International and manufacturer and distributes Gulf Lubricants in Nepal. CG | Edible Oils Ltd is a baseline refining unit that manufactures mustard oil, soybean oil, palm oil, and vanaspati ghee since its establishment in 1988. Its core mission of CG | Edible Oils is to reduce the country’s dependency on imported edible oils, as well as to promote domestic products.

All oils produced under the brand are adulteration-free and of high quality.

Trishakti Distillery, a CG|Holdings vertical is one of the country’s leading and oldest distillery with a production capacity that ranges from 50-60,000 cases per month With this long journey surpassing 30 years, we plan to restructure the existing business, upgrade and modernize the existing plants/ machinery, establish best practices in each process and expand the production capacities by three folds in the coming days.
