Scope of work

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Engagement Specialist - HR at Chaudhary Group in Kathmandu. The Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for fostering positive employee relations, developing and implementing employee engagement. An Employee Engagement HR focuses on creating a positive work culture by organizing initiatives that boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention. 

Qualifications

  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience or a Master’s degree with 1 years of experience.
  • Event management experience (minimum 1 year) or a background in marketing is required.
  • Preference will be given to HR professionals with employee engagement experience.
  • Employee Relations and Employee Engagement skills.
  • Experience in HR Policies and Labor and Employment Law.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational development experience.
