Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Should be able to supervise and maintain the quality of electrical works of the site during the project phase.
Should be able to study the drawings and supervise the works in site as per drawings provided.
Should have hands-on experience with the maintenance of all electrical systems of a commercial
Building and residential buildings, when required.
Should be able to work as head electrician and supervise a team of electricians in the operation phase.
Should be able to find the faults in electrical systems and repair/ maintain the systems efficiently.
Should have some knowledge about the working and maintenance of DG and Transformers
Able to work in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
Should be able to maintain the electrical inventory records, electrical purchase records, billing records and maintenance records.
Should be willing to work after hours.
Report all electrical site progress, failures, inventories, etc. to engineer in charge.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 8 years

Other Specification

8-10 years of experience in the electrical field, with at least 2 years as a foreman and 1 year in commercial building maintenance and operation.
Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Team leadership and training abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid electrician's license and certifications.
2 Wheeler license.
