Electrical Engineer

Be responsible for electrical part of all machine, including preventive measure, corrective measure, trouble shooting, spare parts management, upgrade, overhaul, reduce the downtime caused by electrical fault.

• Make, optimize and check preventive measure (electrical side) for all equipment, including production lines, process, water treatment, waste water treatment, utility, generators, chiller, sub-station, fire fighting system and facility.
• Trouble shooting for electrical failures, including on site trouble shooting, give guidance to onsite team, communicate with supplier
• Root cause analysis for electrical failure and make contingency action plan, make failure solve guidance for each machine
• Make annual electrical parts upgrade, cleaning, fix, replacement plan
• Electrical parts management for every machine, including parts list, A/B/C classify, safe store
• Pressure gauge, flow meter, pH/Temperature meter, etc. calibrate
• Training to operators and technician
• Safety check and guarantee from electrical side
