Job Description

The Electrical Overseer is responsible for overseeing the operation, erection, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment of Hydropower project. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of relevant experience and will ensure that all activities comply with the company’s standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the operation of electromechanical equipment in the powerhouse.
  • Oversee the erection and commissioning of new electromechanical installations.
  • Ensure all electrical systems and machinery are functioning optimally and safely.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to electrical systems and machinery.
  • Collaborate with other engineering and technical staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of operation, maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and technicians.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
