Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electric Mechanic to join our team at Electric Van Nepal. The Electric Mechanic will play a crucial role in ensuring the maintenance, repair, and optimization of electric vans, contributing to our mission of providing efficient and eco-friendly transportation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric vans to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, including battery systems, motors, and controllers.
Install and configure electric vehicle components, including batteries, charging systems, and electrical wiring.
Conduct upgrades and modifications to improve vehicle efficiency and performance.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines for working with electric vehicles and high-voltage systems.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and manufacturer specifications during maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Generate reports on vehicle conditions, repairs performed, and parts usage.
Coordinate with other mechanics and technicians to prioritize workload and ensure efficient workflow.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior mechanics and apprentices as needed.
Stay updated on advancements in electric vehicle technology and industry trends.
Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
