Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Educational Counselor to join our team in Samakhusi, Kathmandu. The ideal candidate will guide students in their educational journey, providing advice on study-abroad opportunities, career planning, and academic options.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive guidance to students regarding educational programs, universities, and career pathways.
• Assist in the preparation of applications, including documentation and visa processes.
• Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand their goals and provide tailored recommendations.
• Stay updated with admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and visa policies for various destinations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.
• Organize seminars, webinars, and informational sessions for prospective students.
• Ensure all communications are timely, professional, and supportive.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Educational Counselor, preferably in a consultancy setting.
• Strong knowledge of study-abroad processes, admission criteria, and visa regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
• Note: Candidates with knowledge of the Japanese language will have an added advantage.
