Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Counselor to join our team in Kathmandu. As a Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding and assisting students in making informed decisions regarding their study abroad journey in Canada. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and have a knack for counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one counseling to students regarding study options in Canada.
  • Assist students with the application process, including university selection, documentation, and visa guidance.
  • Conduct information sessions and workshops on studying in Canada.
  • Stay updated with the latest information about Canadian education policies and admission procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve the organization’s goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply; experience in counseling or customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in English and Nepali; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
