We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as an Ed-tech Vertical Manager/Senior Counselor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both consultancy and educational technology, with a proven track record of driving success for clients in the ed-tech space. This role involves managing vertical-specific initiatives and providing expert guidance to clients on optimizing the use of our partners' products to achieve their educational goals.
Vertical Management:
- Lead the development and execution of vertical-specific strategies in collaboration with our partner brands to drive adoption and usage of their ed-tech solutions.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment of product offerings and marketing efforts with vertical needs and objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the vertical.
Client Consultation:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients within the assigned vertical, offering strategic insights and recommendations on leveraging our partner brands' products to enhance learning outcomes.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and develop tailored implementation plans that address the unique requirements and challenges of each client.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, including training sessions, performance analysis, and proactive problem-solving.
Relationship Management:
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives, educators, and learning and development professionals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and referrals.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to gain insights into industry dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the vertical.
- Translate market intelligence into actionable strategies and recommendations to inform product development, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience of 4+ years in educational consultancy, with a focus on ed-tech solutions and digital learning platforms.
- Strong familiarity with brands like upGrad, Vertocity, USDC Global, or similar players in the ed-tech industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
