Education Counsellor

We receive a large number of enquiries from our students. You will be responsible for counselling these enquiries and selling our services, over the phone, email & in person. *The job is for remote assistance however, you will be working in a physical branch office .

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: 

• Providing professional academic advice for international students
• Prepare relevant documents for students' applications
• Communicate with educations providers to follow up students' applications
• Assist students' applications and enrollments
• Assist students' visa application
• Support actively all the relevant promotion
• Support marketing team for student activities
• Focus on growing the Nepalese Subcontinent student market.
• Achieve individual student placement target by applying effective sales conversion techniques
• Tracking and managing lead (enquiries) and student life cycle pipeline on company Customer Relationship Management platform
• Increase referrals from existing students and other student communities/events
• Engagement activities with education institution representatives
• Other related tasks as required by the business

Skills and Experience 

This role is heavily customer and sales focused in the International Education sector. You will be required to have the following experience/skills: 

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively to achieve results
• Highly efficient and attention to detail
• High level of problem solving and negotiation skills
• Good at time-managing and multi-tasking
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in the International Education Industry
• TITI Certificate or QEAC Certified candidates would be preferred
• Be customer-centric and can work in a cross-cultural environment
• Proven track record of strong sales achievement
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, interpersonal
• Proficient in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint applications

Offered Salary: Negotiable + incentive and bonus

Candidates who have prior education counselling experience will be highly regarded.
