We are looking for passionate educators who can identify problems and concerns of students by talking to them via phone and digital medium and counsel those students on how MiDas eCLASS can solve their problem through various programs and services.   

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Those who have prior experience of working as education counsellor.
• Those who have prior experience of working as a teacher.
• Those who have prior experience of conducting tuitions.
• Those who have closely worked on curriculum development or formal education contents.
• Those who are thorough with Nepal's education system, text books and curriculum and understand general problems and issues of the students.

Roles & Responsiblities

• Identify students and parents problems regarding their study and propose right solutions through Midas eCLASS.
• Persuade the parents and students to subscribe MiDas eCLASS.
• Build rapport with teaching professionals.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
