We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Education Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to students and their families, helping them navigate the complexities of educational planning and admissions processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the education sector, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others achieve their educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Meet with students and their families to understand their educational goals and provide tailored advice on suitable academic pathways.
• Admissions Guidance: Assist students with the application process for schools, colleges, and universities, including application forms, essays, interviews, and scholarship applications.
• Program Development: Develop and deliver workshops, seminars, and informational sessions on various educational topics such as college admissions, test preparation, and career planning.
• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the education sector, including admission criteria, testing requirements, and new educational programs.
• Resource Management: Develop and maintain a library of educational resources, including guides, brochures, and online tools, to support students in their academic journey.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to stay informed about opportunities and trends in the education sector.
• Follow-Up Support: Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure students are progressing towards their educational goals and addressing any issues that arise.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in educational consulting, academic advising, or a related field.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of educational systems, college admissions processes, and career planning. Familiarity with international education systems is a plus.

Salary: 40,000/- to 60,000/-
