Paid Internship

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in writing news articles, features, and opinion pieces.
Conduct research for articles and verify factual accuracy.
Gather information through interviews, online sources, and public records.
Attend press conferences, events, and meetings as assigned.
Prepare summaries of events and conduct preliminary analyses.
Proofread articles for grammar, punctuation, and style.
Work closely with photographers, designers, and other team members to ensure cohesive content production.
Participate in editorial meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Job Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a
related field.
Strong command of English.
Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Basic understanding of social media platforms.
Passion for journalism and current events.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
